He probably means it made it easier for them to load money.

Yup. They agreed to help me when all it entailed was going to CVS, buying out a rack of VRs, and sending me the pins. I felt bad asking them to do too much spend for me when we started having to buy OVs, and go to WM or buy MOs. Now that it's just a trip to Target (where my mother goes all the time anyway), and a few swipes, I don't feel bad having them do a whole lot more spend.

OK. I checked them, but couldn't find OV.

Now, how & where do you use VRs in Israel?

Recon is not CS. That's not HUCA, that's just talking to the wrong person.
Congrats anyway.

I always request for a card to Israel and they say it will take up to 2 weeks and it takes about a week and a half.
Why do you get it so fast? Maybe cause you do it by phone? What do you tell them?

I guess that's the way to do it. Silly me.
Do they ever give you trouble? Do they want to charge you for rushing it? Do they ask you why it needs to be rushed?

It's my wife's account, so SM is easier. Maybe I'll ask them to rush it via SM and see what happens.

SM'd and asked for a replacement card just to test it.
I asked for it to be rushed and they said it'll get here within 5 days.

A friend of mine who has never lived in America but is a US citizen (with a SSN) wants to start playing the cc game.

He doesn't have a US address where he can receive the cc's.
Any ideas how to go about this?
Is it possible to give the cc companies a non existent address… or can they see that? (Do address generators give fake addresses?)

He does, but doesn't feel comfortable sending credit cards there.

Once he's been approved he can call the cc companies and have them shipped to Israel.

That's not really an option as there's still other mail correspondence and AFAIK with Amex cards the 1st card always needs to be sent to the address on file.
Appreciate the reply though.
