Any DP of how long it takes after receiving this email?

I think so. Thats what I told my brother in law to do. I'll ask him how it went.

Been a disaster.
some it is my fault... but I accidentally deleted the email with the pickup code, dont remembered what user name we used for his application... so we are finding it impossible to get a new code, no way to get the user name sent to the email... the embassy just says talk to the delivery co, the delivery co has worse than IL customer service...

Which pick up code?
I paid for delivery through bundlepay but I don't think I ever received a code. Maybe just a payment confirmation

ordered the free pickup point, which needs a code too pickup from. Maybe home delivery is different?

AND... they just called to ask why we havent picked up the passport yet... and then when we explained, gave us the code!!!
