Just want to give a quick review of Allenbi.  DW took me for my b-day.  Service was excellent.  Food though very different and unique was very good.  I got the ribs, most expensive thing on the menu, too peppery for my liking but if you are into pepper crusted meats this is for you.  DW got the sous vide chicken which was perfect.  App we got something called and Arris chicken which was amazing.  Dessert we got the shoko bo which was very good.  Drink menu is limited, they just got a liquor license so you have to specifically ask your waiter for a bottle of wine, but starting fathers day they will be serving cocktails.  We got the 2 drinks on the menu, both very tart so I wasn't a fan though DW was.  Would 100% return and recommend
Nice review. Pics?

If you were recently by these places Bordeaux, Bison or Glatt ala Carte which would you choose? And why?

Excellent food but very crowded tables make for a noisy less than optimal experience.
