I don't see the Moshe Steak on their online menu. Is it still available?
It's not on the menu.

They're menu is not a full list of what they have... Call or look on their Instagram for what's new.

Sophie's bistro?

Def the cheapest GOOD steak I've had (called the Moshe Steak).

They also stay open really late, if that matters.
Went. Food was solid.
Price was perfect $34 for a solid size steak
Said to be 13oz.  Might have been slightly bigger. Was perfectly cooked.

Mash potato and fries. Beer on tap and chicken fingers.

Schnitzel Salad

Best Quality to price ratio for any NY place I know of.

Last time I went they were making Thursday night smokehouse BBQ, only once a week (pics scroll by on the screen in the restaurant)

That's a steak off the menu, not the big ("Moshe") one?

I don't see the Moshe Steak on their online menu. Is it still available?

For Reference, here is the "moshe" steak off their Instagram. That's what it looks like in real life as well (2.5lb)
I don't know the price, but it's worth every penny.

Thursday night Cholent. Will have to return to try it.

The famous Zalmy silver says their chulent is the best in Brooklyn.  Accurate or not, that's very high praise.  Haven't tried it myself yet, but his suggestions are mostly on target.

Update - They are still available, current pricing is:
Moshe Steak - 32 oz (2lb) - $59
Godzilla Steak -  40 oz (2.5lb) - $79

1 Big steak for 2 is FAR better than 2 smaller or thinner steaks...

For Reference, Bordeaux around the corner (and most other NYC places) charges around $69 for a 25oz ribeye, nearly 50% more!
Bison and Bourbon's 32oz is $110!
Etc.

True you won't get fancy service at Sophie's, but the owner's personality and price more than makes up for it.
