Not sure. I've seen Lamb, Turkey and Chicken.

Speaking of Halo Teimen, that's what shawarma should taste like... although I used their Bnei Brak branch on כביש גהה

Not my big thing either usually. I guess it's more of a nostalgic crash with Israel being locked out for Americans

Well, maybe not sure. The secret to a good shwarma is the right spices, and the correct cooking amount. not to tender and not to dry. crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside

it was much better when they first opened. Not sure what type of beef. I assume some type of steak
