Aren't they the ones who closed down and a trief bagel store opened up in its place a few weeks ago?
Google says they are permanently closed.

Yes. I've been there a few times. It's a Japanese restaurant/ steakhouse. You can see the menu here. It's not in the Hub/heart of Brooklyn so it's usually quieter.

I've uber eats from them, I don't recall anything special about the fried rice but the chicken was really juicy and flavorful.

Ok this is going to be a review of Yakar Steakhouse which we went to recently for our anniversary. Note that they used to be called Bakar as seen on the wiki so that has to be changed with a built in link to this review. The restaurant was pretty quiet besides for one person who brought their baby with them for part of the time. Quiet piano type music played in the background. I requested a quiet table and we were given a table in the corner ( it is not such a big place.) The waiting staff or whatever you call them had the patience for all our questions about the food. They put out some type of bread but they only have white so I did not have. They also gave us olive oil with dried tomatoes in it as a dip, no idea how that tasted since neither of us had that. For the first course we had soup, I ordered the soup de jour which was meat and vegetables which tasted very good. My wife ordered the creamy corn soup which she also enjoyed. She liked it so much she asked for a little more and they gave her a smaller bowl of some more soup, I was nervous this would be more expensive but BH there was no extra charge for it. For the next course my wife had some sweet and sour sesame chicken like thing which was good I had the roasted beef tongue with the sliced apples, it may have been good but I did not like the taste. For the main course I ordered a center cut ribeye. I barely eat steak and I never went to a steakhouse before so I had no idea how much it should be cooked so I asked the waitress for her recommendation which was medium. Before the steak came out we were given a special sorbet to clear our palettes to taste the steak better. It just had fruits and lemon and lots of basil no sweeteners or anything unhealthy. The steak was very very good but since I barely eat it I cannot compare it to anything. My wife ordered the Pan Seared Half Chicken which she liked. We split side dishes ordering some fries and a green salad. During the meal they said we can get any non alcoholic cocktail for free but we were not interested. We were planning on skipping dessert but they told us we can have some sorbet (the unhealthy type this time) for free! They gave us a choice of 3 flavors, I did not have but my wife had some. They put it in a bowl on top of a dish and on the dish they wrote Happy Anniversary in chocolate syrup for free! I took some photographs with a Kyocera E4810 so the image quality may not be so great. Total bill came out to about 305. I was trying to meet an SUB on a chase INK cash card, I paid up some of the card to have enough to spend there but I called chase that day and it did not register yet, nor could I transfer from my other chase cards since I only had personal ones. I tried using it anyway and a nes happened and the transaction went through!

Is there anything else besides Fuji-Hana, that's waiter-service but on the less expensive side (for a real restaurant). (something like ETC in Teaneck)
