Was thinking closer to T Fusion.

Really? Let's assume 1 or 2 appetizers and 1 main, and maybe 1 dessert.

Last year we went to Mikes Bistro and maybe spent 130. On a chabad sukka truck.

Emergency Room? There's one a few blocks away at Methodist.  I don't recommend it at all--although I don't have any experience with the other local ERs which may be worse.

In BOS, there may be nowhere to eat, but at least there are decent ERs.
