Went back to Wolf and Lamb in Brooklyn and was very happy. New menu since we were there last. Had a delicious jar of popcorn on the house. We even got seconds. Had appetizer of fried pickles, always good. For mains we had the duck and the pulled beef sandwich, both excellent. Had a strawberry lemonade drink that was excellent. Overall, very good. Not inexpensive.

Tried bison and bourbon last week. Beautiful place, tons of seating.
For a bar that size they should have more options. Good food but a bit overpriced.

What were the prices like?
Drinks were around $12-17 for cocktails, ~$15 for a shot
Apps were below $20
Steaks and ribs were ~$60

Has anyone been to Sushi Tokyo lately? They changed the menu (really small now) and the prices shot up, regular hand rolls that used to be $6 are now $8.95, seems a little high for sushi, not to mention that they got really cheap with the rice, felt like I was eating sushi from a corner grocery store! Anyone know if there a new management or something?

that's normal for most mixed drinks. Apps are only worth buying one or two. And 3 people can probably share 2 steaks/ribs.
Those are pricey yet worth it, imo.  Haven't had an awesome dessert there, yet, but a good cocktail can be like a dessert after a really great steak.

Bison and bourbon  >:( >:( >:(
The pic is from our main dish plating.
Service sucked
Waiting an hour and half for main dish and this is what we got
Nothing that i tasted was wow.

Frankly, that's the most embarrassing plating I've seen from *any* restaurant, let alone one that charges $100++ per meal.

I wouldn't run back but we had a really nice experience. What's to order; they don't have such a big menu... There flatbreads were really tasty and I wasn't crazy about the Ribs (6/10) the flavor was there but no meat on the bones (just bones)

That's exactly what I'm trying to point out! Can anyone recommend a new sushi spot?

Word of mouth I've heard in Crown Heights is that the place is nice, drinks are good, food is meh. Sounds like they had a grand idea for a restaurant, and opened without a serious chef to match the price and atmosphere of the place.

+1 but don't sell it short. It's a great dine, but nothing that you wouldn't get from t fusion, the loft, wolf and lamb etc. Brooklyn style is nice atmosphere but food is usually a bit overpriced.
