prices are fair. location is great both for bp/flatbush crowd. ambiance is pleasant. service is very good. the manager came up to our table 3 times to ask how we are enjoying our dinner. he was really nice.

Upside craft- was there last week. BP crowd. Food was decent, portions on the small side. Not so impressed. And they practically threw us out before we were done because people were waiting for a table. Seemed like many other restaurants theses days with burgers etc. Nothing really special. Busy because it's new.

The flat breads are good. I would get a steak as they seat it perfectly and shockingly, the corn on the cob is pretty darn good!

if they have the lamb bolognese. get that.
maple glazed lamb bacon
brisket eggrolls. (put horseradish sauce from this on the flatbread imo)

Thanks guys. In the Bedford was crzy traffic and didnt have any openings till 7:30 so we went to Bison & Bourbon. We really liked the ambiance and food. sat upstairs and had the pulled beef flat breads, ribs and dominaco. I thought the steak was perfect and really liked how flavorful the the meat is versus prime and reserve where they just mildly season  the meat- tastses great but I can do that at home on my grill this was bursting with flavor.

It was the best burger you've had? Can you compare the burgers to another restaurant's burgers?

I didn't have the burger. 5 out of 8 of us had various burgers and all had the same reviews. I had the guac, the drink, the onion rings, and the egg roll. I tasted stuff off of other people's plates like the tacos (yuck)

Shredded beef sliders - amazing. I would go back just for this
beef poppers - mediocre. way too dry

Steak:
16oz rib steak was cooked well, could've had a bit more flavor or maybe paired with a wine sauce
Fugettaboudit steak was cooked well, and had decent flavor but not worth the $65 price tag IMO

Sides: fries were better than average, mashed potatoes were way below average
