Wow. When I go out to eat, I turn off the phone and  chill. This is the way it's gotta be done.

Btw, the food looks really good. How much did it cost? Maybe, I will eat there next time I am in Brooklyn.

Any NICE sit-down sushi places in Brooklyn?
Surprised no one mentioned Day 5 sushi. I highly recommend it.

I love the tuna pizza and Zack roll.

Great food, nice service, nice ambiance- I hope this place lasts. For some reason- sit down specialty snack places usually don't. I guess when people go out to eat, they like to eat a full meal...

Beef cheek pizza.

This was nearly as good cold the next morning. And that's a compliment.

Ratings on dishes:

Fries were very good, though far from the best FRIES I've had. The dips, the ketchup and the aioli, made the dish.

Kale salad was interesting, but my rule of thumb is "would I order it again" and I'd answer no.

Pastrami rib was also interesting  (who knew you could get pastrami on a rib??), had good flavor, but again, the answer would be no.

BLT was the star of the show. Finger lickin' good.

Beef cheek pizza was a second to the BLT. Great interesting taste that, as I mentioned above, held up till the follow morning.

Had the creme dessert, but doesn't hold a candle to the hot peanut butter chocolate cake at Rare in Miami, but wasn't disappointing per se.

TLDR? Get fries, BLT, and beef cheek pizza and call it a day.

Stand alone? Dips not being a factor?

I don't know about the "best" but up there--off the top of my head--would be Chops in Miami, garlic fries from Schnitzel+ in Teaneck, and a couple other places I'm forgetting.

Tierra Sur, Mikes Bistro, and Basil have outstanding fries.

Pardes fries are very good, but as AJK said it's the dips that elevate them to the next league.

BLT is really awesome.

Awww... those are the boring part of the menu. Have you tried the pea soup? Incredibly tasty as well as beautiful, they prepare in front of you

Or the Shisoto poppers, one the most unique dishes I've had there.

And Pardes is precisely the place where you don't look for something you'd order again. It's about experiencing something new and unique. Something that surprises your tastebuds...

Okay, here's an updated review of T Fusion. We did a "cheapie" meal one day and it was very good. Not too much to describe because we only had two items, but they were both delicious. Oh yeah, and we both had soup. Chicken soup - absolutely excellent! The cheap mains we had - my wife had the Caeser salad with beef - she loved it. I had the Pulled Brisket Sandwich - also an excellent choice. Now to tonites dinner. We went with our kids (married couple). We started with the Charcuterie Board and the Crisp Sweet Breads. Nice variety and delicious. The liver was out of site. Too little! I don't eat sweetbreads but the others liked them very much. For mains my married couple had the Delmonico - nothing to talk about. It's always been the choice recommendation. My wife had the Spencer steak and loved it. I'm the guy that only likes well done, if you remember. Well, this time I didn't have to butterfly anything. I went with the waiters choice of the lean flat iron steak, well done. It was actually well done AND juicy. He knew exactly what I liked. The challot and bernaise sauces were a great compliment as well. They also make great fries. We also had drinks. I had the best strawberry daiquiri I ever had. My daughter had the Milkey Way. I don't even know the names of the others, but all excellent drinks. And this time the place wasn't noisy. Very enjoyable, excellent staff, beautiful place, and they aim to please. Just keep in mind it's expensive. If you want to spend the money, go there.
