Okay, here's an updated review of T Fusion. We did a "cheapie" meal one day and it was very good. Not too much to describe because we only had two items, but they were both delicious. Oh yeah, and we both had soup. Chicken soup - absolutely excellent! The cheap mains we had - my wife had the Caeser salad with beef - she loved it. I had the Pulled Brisket Sandwich - also an excellent choice. Now to tonites dinner. We went with our kids (married couple). We started with the Charcuterie Board and the Crisp Sweet Breads. Nice variety and delicious. The liver was out of site. Too little! I don't eat sweetbreads but the others liked them very much. For mains my married couple had the Delmonico - nothing to talk about. It's always been the choice recommendation. My wife had the Spencer steak and loved it. I'm the guy that only likes well done, if you remember. Well, this time I didn't have to butterfly anything. I went with the waiters choice of the lean flat iron steak, well done. It was actually well done AND juicy. He knew exactly what I liked. The challot and bernaise sauces were a great compliment as well. They also make great fries. We also had drinks. I had the best strawberry daiquiri I ever had. My daughter had the Milkey Way. I don't even know the names of the others, but all excellent drinks. And this time the place wasn't noisy. Very enjoyable, excellent staff, beautiful place, and they aim to please. Just keep in mind it's expensive. If you want to spend the money, go there.
+1,000,000 I love T fusion, and being sort of a helpless foodie I frequent that place a little to often. Besides amazing dishes they have a wonderful bar. Next time you go you should try the Ruby sky (cocktail), the owner's son came up with the recipe and I have been addicted ever since. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed.

@AJK when did you get to be such a celebrity? Should've gotten your Herbie Hancock (points to anyone who knows what I'm talking about)

First of all, that's the oldest reference in the book. Well, aside from "let my people go!"

Second, my mommy always told me I was gonna be famous.

Any pics?

Sorry, no pics. All the steak dishes look the same anyway. Steak and french fries. It's not one of those things you need pictures. The drinks, maybe I should have.

What time did u go that it wasn't noisy ?
It was actually busy, but not noisy. Last time when I went for my birthday it was so terribly noisy my wife and I couldn't even have a decent conversation. We were thinking of not going back, but we're glad we did. BTW, I think the Wolf and Lamb in Brooklyn is a lot quieter. Oh yeah, we had a 7:30 reservation.

It just so happens to be that I was there last week and had the chicken crisps and was slightly disappointed. It seemed as though they used a lesser quality chicken (based on taste and finding a bone or 2). I hope it was just a one time fluke.

Oiy. Me, too. Haven't been there in months, so don't have any recent experience.

Very busy ?
We went around 5:40 (to beat the rush) and there were people there already. By the time we left it looked full. I also think there was a party upstairs.
