NYC DMV License Renewal on the spot?

Anyone know if i will get my new license on the spot? if not, is there anyway to get it on the spot for a fee, or maybe companies that can do that like they have for passports?

I need the new one by tuesday morning

go to dmv website and look for an option

I was on their site for 20 min so many options, but couldnt find anything  about this
