I think this is grounds for false advertising/class action, definitely creates badwill.

I got a call from them a little earlier saying the pocket square I chose was OOS. There was a similar one -albeit a little pricier- in stock, but they were willing to waive the difference. I told him to pick one that fits a black suit.
