I just started using this (on Android) and I really like it. If anyone is familiar with it, I could use some help. I have created a playlist (which is empty) but I cannot figure out how to add anything to it. I am really not familiar with music apps so I may be missing something basic. Does anyone know how to do this (neither the app nor the developer's website have any info)? TIA

By each song there are three dots (next to a heart). Click on it and you will see an option to "Add to playlist." It will then show you a list of your playlists and you can choose which one to add it to.

Thanks, that helps. I guess you can't add a bunch at once, just one at a time.

You can add an album by pressing on the two dots at the top (near the plus sign) and pressing "add all to playlist."

I tried the app recently, didn't find it all that useful;
most of the content we were interested in is 'premium' only. also,

the app (at least on my device) didn't continue to play when the screen slept (nor did it keep the screen awake). that made it pretty useless for a media playing app

Yup. It seems that they are working on improving. Since 24/6 came out they have been making lots of changes.

most of the content we were interested in is 'premium' only.

That is a negative change that they made after 24/6 came out. We find it well worth the $7 a month. Kids are entertained for hours listening to story tapes.

Must be something about the settings on your device. Probably can be changed.
