Apparently whoever posted it did not have an issue with watching it and is posting for those on his own level. It is a good thing that he has enough sensitivity for those who are more makpid than him to write the warning.

Why are we talking about ice here? I don't care about the ice content. I care that if I forget to ask them to dissolve my sugar or use syrup, my whole coffee is ruined.
And yes, I am referring to DD in this case but I'm sure many other places do the same. Or they fill the coffee till the top and you need to put sugar in yourself but you have no room in the cup to have hot water mixed with sugar so you need to spill some or drink some first... Ugh it's just a mess
