Even classy, expensive hotels don't have lights in ceilings...you have to turn on every lamp and it's still dark and shadowy in the room.

Dirty tissues on the table in shul. Particularly those who fold them in nice little squares and place them under their siddur as if to say now it's ok.

+1 Disgusting people. Do they leave their dirty tissues on their kitchen tables? What would their mothers say?

I personally hold that its better to throw the tissues onto the floor like a homeless person would rather then leave them on the table for the next person. At least this way its further away from normal human beings who use the seat after you.

If you saw me flicking dirty tissues off the table and on to the floor, how would you react?
Do you think its more kovod to the shul if the filthy tissues are on the tables or on the floors?
