Shliach Tzibur who is totally out of sync with the Tzibur. Davens too low to be heard and then walks around before ברכו and before שמונה עשרה to check if he has a minyan.

Just found out Yehuda Green is going to be here for shabbos. 

Lucky for me they decided to make 2 minyanim for kabolas shabbos and shachris/mussuf.

Some Shuls still do it that way. Sometimes the guy has to stand next to the Chazzan, and sometimes he even needs to wear a Tallis.
