I never ordered anything for either of those, yet my office mailbox gets stuffed with their catalogs!

I also go crazy getting business junk mail addressed to a Jessee Long with my business name. I never used that even as a pseudonym. Can't figure out where that came from. Should I be concerned about identity theft?

News flash. Individuals use real business addresses that are not theirs all the time for all type of things.

(I don't think there's such a crime, but they ought to put that one on the books and make it effective retroactively just for this guy).

They are immune. There used to be a judge here in Brooklyn who was known as "Let em loose Bruce". You can only shame them. With the push to close Rikers there will be more of these. There is a whole school on gaming the "programs" offered by the system. From Anger management to alcohol and drug treatment, the programs are useless. I remember when I was at Rikers everyone was looking for a "program". Even the worst offenders with the longest rap sheets got programs if they qualified. There were some disqualifications, but not many.

But seriously there should be some way to penalize him. This isn’t even about him having pity & giving another chance due to an unfortunate circumstance. This is more like “screw the system, I want  him/her out on the streets no matter what”

How about making this into some national news to be repeated over and over. I would contribute towards this. Get it organized, start a gofundme campaign, and let's just make lots of noise so he indeed can't have a peaceful night.
