well everything else goes down the drain, so it gets cleaned. but in essence, maybe that is the issue

I said cigarettes because I don't use urinals and gum does not float in the toilet but butts do.

It depends on how you define female. And some people might just feel that their gender is fluid, and pick one depending on their mood that morning (or at the moment). Anatomy doesn't seem to matter anymore.
