the calls come from overseas, not much you can do about it. it's pretty stupid: how can a "social security card get suspended" unless you lose your citizenship.

It's interesting how big this industry is. They have programs that monitor if someone picks up and how long they stay on the phone for. They increase their calls and change call styles based on the data collected.
The latest, most sophisticated, one I've come across is them calling with a person's social. (Which can be bought online.)
Pretty crazy.
