The basic H&S pump bottles are fine. Rarely break, and I have an old cover saved just in case. But those pumps in hotel showers that require 17 pumps to get enough shampoo are the worst.

H&S isn't the only shampoo. Pantene. Tresemme. Suave. Just to mention a few.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Nothing is safe in my house!

Are you saying they fell and didn't break?

We have it in kids bathroom too, likely falling constantly. I find the pump to be much stronger quality than those of lotions etc.

Right. My pet peeve is when everyone knows what you meant but someone has to actually point out that you technically said the wrong thing. Like this:

I suspect they didn't "invent" the ketchup style upside down bottle yet for soap, for the same reason you gotta rinse and repeat.

Children's albums that go through davening and have the wrong dikduk. Girsa d'yankusa is real and it's much harder to correct later on in life.

Some easy examples:

There should be a pause between chemla and rabba emunasecha
It's v'ahavtA not v'ahAvta

Also drives me crazy when songs quote pesukim but mangle the word order. I'm okay with words being repeated in order, but not when you say the words backwards for fun or repeat a phrase after words that come after it.
Same reason - you hear the song that way, you (or your kids) are apt to say it wrong.
Interestingly, my grandfather A"H apparently corrected a few songs and zemiros to be more correct in dikduk and to avoid word repetition when the zemer included Hashem's name. I only found this out later when I heard others singing them the normal way. So I guess this peeve runs in the family.

R Yaakov Kaminetzky told the leaders of JEP (IIRC) not to change pesukim at all and pointed to how many people leave out v'anachnu bisheim hashem "elokeinu" nazkir due to a song that leaves out the elokeinu.

The v'ahAvta example particularly bothers me because it changed the meaning of the word and you're likely not yotzei. v'ahAvta means and you loved. v'ahavtA means you should love

Each example I gave changes the meaning in a much more significant way than that. LAnu means to us and laNU means they slept.

I believe לנו - they slept is also מלעיל. Quick search didn't come up with it in Tanach, but compare to קָ֛מוּ which is מלעיל.
