Not the Canadian Version. A much better slurpee overall. Lasts a lot longer.
(In fact, the last time I had a slurpee before this, was here in Canada, I don't like the ones in NY/NJ)

Companies and agencies that make wrong decisions/determinations, and when they are proven wrong will state that they are making a "one-time exception" to allow things to proceed they way they should have in the first place based on rules and contractual rights.
