I bet it was a seudas mitzva. People have no problem eating...unless it's a mitzva (eg melava malka etc). the yetzer hara works in amazing ways.

Nope. It's the daily food served at a nightseder place I go to. Almost standard practice for me to find it like this when we have sandwiches.
The only limid zchus I have is that this is usually at the end when I guess people assume everyone took already and this is just the leftovers.

If this is standard practice then someone should do something. All that bread will go in the trash - a horrible thing to do with bread. Maybe serve some bread and fleishig noshables instead?

On the contrary calling twice is a way to know it's probably someone legit, if your not available just ignore it twice. I find that sometimes calls to straight to voicemail

I'm getting spam calls from a company I used for a service recently, they call twice in a row, once from Anonymous and then once from a real number. Every couple of weeks.
