Phone is even worse. Once spent 90min on phone to get through to........ Dunkin Donuts!
I spent an hour and a half on the phone with bestbuy, and the outcome of the conversation was that the person I spoke to needed to get someone from another department to email me a link. Because that person didn't have clearance to send outgoing emails.
And she was singing while she was on the phone, waiting for things to happen
