You start live chatting and forget about it. It usually takes me 3-4 chat sessions before I make it through.

Chats take 30-60 minutes. It's unreal. You don't realize until it's all over. I don't do chats. I don't care how long I have to wait on hold.

Phone is even worse. Once spent 90min on phone to get through to........ Dunkin Donuts!

I spent an hour and a half on the phone with bestbuy, and the outcome of the conversation was that the person I spoke to needed to get someone from another department to email me a link. Because that person didn't have clearance to send outgoing emails.

And she was singing while she was on the phone, waiting for things to happen

With chat at least I can work while waiting for a response.
