When a friend FB messages you, "haha they're pushing the SW cc at the airport should I get it?" And then besides for having to explain the benefits of the cc and how to deal with applying for cards via a FB message, you also explain how the cc's main benefit is when you get 2 and aim for the Companion Pass. And then, 2 days later he proudly tells you that he got approved for the card, but doesn't know how he'll get 110K miles if the bonus is only 50K, and then gets upset when you remind him that he needs TWO cc's to make it happen...
