When the answer is important or time sensitive, I 'notify' that thread so I get an email if someone answers. (Often no one answers and) after a bit I 'unnotify'.

Can i get an iced coffee but a little less ice?
she fills up the cup to the top with ice
Can I get less ice please?
takes out like 2 ice cubes
can i get less ice please?
takes out basically all the ice and leaves me with like 3 cubes.

is there really no in between?

When people who don't know me think that they have my life story all figured out, & if 90% of the population could do something then I could as well if I would just change things. Well, you don't know me or anything about my life or any circumstances that might not allow me to do it.
PS. Not everything is about time or money or about a different or better job.
