if ur trying for vocabulary dont start a sentence with an "and".
What does vocabulary have to do with grammar? One is stronger than the other in my case, as clearly displayed above. I'm not someone who is typically bothered by others spelling/grammar mishaps, but this particular example bothers me. I guess this is the reason I posted it here as apposed to the thread dedicated to those mistakes.

How is "could've" pronounced any different than "could of"?
You need to either have a more diverse English background (various accents, pronunciations, etc.) or be Chinese, who are said to have very good aural distinction.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

if ur trying for vocabulary dont start a sentence with an "and".

if If
ur you're
trying for vocabulary  - this makes no sense considering the criticism which follows. You likely mean to say "trying to show off proficiency in English writing or grammar." Beginning the sentence with "and" would be a grammatical issue, not one of vocabulary. Additionally, it appears what @as2 was discussing had little, if anything, to do with vocabulary or grammar.
dont don't (you are also missing a comma before don't)
start a sentence with an "and". - This is a rule that does not exist beyond what kids are told in elementary school. And if you don't want to take my word for it, check the dictionary, or GIYF.

Basically, if you are going to criticize a comment's grammar, wording or spelling on an online forum, it would be best to first get some Windex for your glass house.

Pet Peeve
It's funny you point it out, because I noticed that as well, but it doesn't bother me. As I said previously, it was the particular error I mentioned that really grinds my gears, and I don't consider myself an overly irritable person in this respect.

I feel like you're just trolling at this point, the grammar and spelling in this post are just so terrible.

Is kashrus not hallacha?
you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used to start a religious discussion
every thread is the halacha/Kashrus thread.
