When foreign names are mispronounced due to bad transliteration (often by officials issuing first passport etc.)

Case in point Khashoqji (probably closest transliteration to how it should be pronounced) being transliterated as Khashoggi and having the name pronounced all different (wrong) ways.

Here's how it's actually pronounced (different first name) https://forvo.com/word/%D8%B9%D8%AF%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%86_%D8%AE%D8%A7%D8%B4%D9%82%D8%AC%D9%8A/

And using this guy's logic but correcting the Turkish spelling to indicate the first consonant to be the equivalent of a ח (that's the 8th letter of the Hebrew alphabet) by substituting "k" with the Turkish "h" comes up with a rather interesting translation in the current context.
