I've went through 10 reps in the last 20 minutes, each time i don't reply for 2 minutes they disconnect and a new comes and says they need to read up the chat, repeat....

When you've got 10k people waiting in a queue for chat, 2 minutes is a very long time

ETA: 10k people is but a tiny percentage of the Indian population.

They didnt even warn before leaving, and trust me much more time was wasted like this.

I have absolutely no way of ordering anything from gap/old navy/banana republic online. It doesn’t recognize my password and when I open a new account it doesn’t recognize that one too . When I told my mom the difficulties she said she has the exact same problems and even when a rep gives her a code to put in it also doesn’t work.

I assume you mean when you are choosing a password for the first time. Some site don't let you paste even when you are logging in. I challenge them to articulate what they are protecting you from. If this gets annoying enough, I'll write a program to type out the contents of the clipboard.
