He claimed that he gets fined by Amazon if he does not. I was skeptical (and still am) but fortunately, he did follow up.

I have absolutely no way of ordering anything from gap/old navy/banana republic online. It doesn’t recognize my password and when I open a new account it doesn’t recognize that one too . When I told my mom the difficulties she said she has the exact same problems and even when a rep gives her a code to put in it also doesn’t work.

Can only order by phone

That's almost like voicemail messages saying that you have reached so and so, when you actually didn't reach them, but rather that person's voicemail.
