works, but is a little longer than saying "you have reached"

We once had a story where someone ordered a sandwich and the person making the sandwich put in one wrong salad ingredient and the guy called up asking for a refund so we told him to bring back the sandwich with a bite in it (we knew he lived a block away) and then he mumbled something about finishing the sandwich already.

I used to work for a restaurant and I delivered a pastrami sandwich 45 minutes bc we forgot to put on mustard and a chicken leg an hour bc it was left out of the order. These were both take out orders btw.

This restaurant also has a policy to provide a full refund if the customer complains that they didn't like the dish they ordered.

People don't forget when you provide excellent service.

That's the difference between realizing that a restaurant is in the service business vs thinking it's in the food business.
