When blankets get messed up and move inside the duvet cover.

I was thinking of adding velcro tape to the inside of the sheets and on the blanket. But I don't think it will stick and it will get in the way when changing it. Any ideas?

People that take food or drink at a kiddush and then eat/drink right in front of the table  >:( Do they really not know there are people behind them waiting?
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

It fills the duvet like water. I never have an issue. Stiffer blankets don't stay as well.

-1. You can easily have the same issue with down/down alternative.

You can try duvet/comforter clips (just google it). Personally, I use safety pins in the corners. I also have some duvet covers that have some material sewn inside each corner that you can tie off to the duvet/comforter with.

People who dont tip...

I drive people to the airport in my spare time. Hate to say it but frum people just dont know how to tip. Three trips yesterday and not a single tip.
Fair warning - Any PMs sent in response to forum posts are fair game for ridicule in public.

Don’t want to start an etiquette conversation, however I generally only tip employees not owners. For example, a barber only gets a tip if he doesn’t own the place etc. drivers are similar, if you are driving for yourself include the total amount you want in the price. Exception would be exceptional service, helping schlepp suitcase etc.

been discussed multiple times . lots of people disagree fundamentally with the concept of tipping, when they are  already paying full price fro the service they received.

Standard practice in the NYC area is to tip drivers. I always let them keep the change, up to $5. Airports should be even more, say $10 (always park my own car there...).

Tell that to the server earning $2.31 an hour before tips.
While there are valid arguments for both sides, as long as compensation in the service industry is based on low-wage plus tips for good service (and not a higher all inclusive price) imo it is inappropriate not to tip an employee.

Is driving a car included in the service industry?
How about once some industries decide to put a mandatory 17% gratuity, do you still have to tip on top of that?

In most businesses the biggest cost driver is human wages, if tips were to be eliminated owners would need to pay higher wages which would necessitate higher prices, so you are not already paying for full price of the services
