I'm all ears. My current method is to treat it like IBS: come to terms with it being in your life, and acknowledge there is nothing you can do about it. For the most part you just ignore it, and when the flare-ups happen, yell at G-d for creating something so pointless and frustrating.

Just go in to a frum vitamin store and ask for an IBS remedy, they'll make a fortune on you. And you'll swear you feel much better because it's a better feeling than admitting you were ripped off and consumed old sorts of milled plants for nothing
