Kayak Refund
« on: October 05, 2013, 08:54:23 PM »
Hi.

I was wondering how I can get a refund from Kayak.com . I bought a ticket earlier this year for my brother to come here from Israel and then he went ahead and got engaged and married there  :)

Their policy states - no refunds and only the person on the original ticket can use the credit toward a new ticket. I don't think he coming here anytime soon , so what can I do?

Thanks for reading!

A credit is better than nothing. I'd wait though. Maybe flight times will Change or something and the airline will directly let you cancel and give you a voucher or something.

and it expires in January. Tell you what, I'm never booking through a third party site again! better to deal directly with the airline.

So you already got a credit with the airline? Is it a credit to that airline? Did you try calling the airline ?
