Anyone know of benefits of Elavon over Fidelity?

Roughly fees are
$7.95 Monthly
$.21 Transaction Fee

2.18% for qualified cards
3.68% for non qualified cards (Reward cards, international cards)

Its not a bad rate, but I'm looking for lower on the international, does anyone have lower fees on their non-qualified cards

(I know that most people probably have around 1.98% on qualified cards, but I couldn't get that since I mostly would be processing international CC's)
