Similar to Dan's idea, I love to see an auction for the right to make a breakaway Mussaf for you and 9 others of your choice on any one Shabbos.

We used to have one for simchas torah. Instead of laining after dancing we had laining during davening, split up 4 sifrai torah, went pretty fast. Was much more convenient.
