I hate to threadcrap and this is a good deal, but there are much better bottles of scotch you can get for $155 IMHO.

The vodka tastes better hen grey goose
and their scotch is Macalan 18

(at half the price)

+1000, though oddly enough some people still prefer the JWBL, maybe because of it's sticker price ;)

Yet, there are those who do enjoy Blue Label even at the $200 price, and there is also instant recognizability and classiness, which makes it a perfect gift to the non connoisseur; the receiver will know that you spent a lot of money on them (or in this case, a bit less ;) ).

JWBL is only good as the Cask Strength edition (which is hard to find nowadays). It might cost another hundred bucks but i would never buy watered down scotch even for 155
