Anyone else having trouble booking EY with ANA.

Checked tons of dates that EY is showing Saver space and ANA cant see anything.

Tried long selling and everything comes back WL.

Saver or Guest?

Seems like ANA is still having issues seeing EY Guest space..  >:(

Anyone have any workarounds or tips to get them to see it?

I tried the Singapore number and they were able to see what the US agent couldn't see.

Seems like they weren't as good as I thought. They booked the ticket with a 30 day layover.. They put the first leg in April and the connecting flight in May.  >:(

Update: I called the US office last night, and they sent a message to the Singapore office. I called the Singapore office just now, and before I gave the PNR they asked "Is this about the Etihad ticket? We already fixed it".

So now my opinion of the Singapore office is back to positive.  ;)

Anyone know if ANA can book an EY reservation with more than a 24hr layover?

Quote
One stopover, other than your destination, may be made on flights departing from Japan and overseas for either the outbound or inbound trip. Up to two transfers may be made on the outbound and inbound trips each in Japan. Up to two transfers may also be made on outbound and inbound trips each other than Japan.

Does anyone have any advice when ANA's desks in Singapore, Osaka and USA don't see EY space that EY has released?

I have 63k of trapped ANA points expiring in Apr17. I'm having a super tough time finding some leg of a route from NYC to CMN without crazy fuel fees. Anyone have suggestions of the best way to redeem these points to get to Morocco?

try turkish, pretty low YQ, or United or AC metal for the TATL flight connecting for a Star alliance partner for the Europe-CMN leg

can i bring an infant in first class? Seems like a lap-child should be ok......

"We are unable to accept infants (who are at least 8 days old but less than 2 years old applicable to child fare) occupying a seat onboard First Class (on all aircrafts) and Business Class on the Boeing 787aircraft (of a certain model). Only seat pairs next to each other in row D and F, E and G can be assigned for the infant occupying a seat and the accompanying passenger onboard Business Class on the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft."

Hi! We are planning a trip to Japan and were interested in going to the ishigaki island in Okinawa. Domestic flights from Tokyo /Osaka cost about 500$ RT. I saw I can book thru ANA for 10k for OW. there is availability for our dates. I regret not asking the lady about fuel surcharges ..

My questions are:
1. does ANA charge fuel surcharges on domestic flights? And if so is it alot?
2. Given the answer to 1) is 20k RT ticket worth about 500$? Especially given that for 55k RT we can fly to Africa in business  (albeit plus 330$ in fuel surcharges)

I think they charge YQ but it should be low. Check ita matrix for YQ on a paid fare. 20K even with small YQ is definitely a better deal then  $550.

PS see if you can get a better deal using avios/AA for JAL

Will check that out that's for the reccomendation! Yes, well I was also thinking of foregoing ishigaki all together if the points don't make sense... cuz  don't think 500$ for a 2hr economy flight is worth it

FYI - was able to book our return from ishigaki to Tokyo on JAL for 10k avios and whooping 2$ of fees each. Specutively booked since I can cancel within 24hr.

Unfortunately no reward availbility for our inbound flight from Osaka to ishigaki, (on ANA as well) so may bite bullet and pay for a cash flight.. got around 22 hrs to decide :)

You can cancel after 24 hours, it'll just cost you $2
