Just curious, what do they ask for? Like how do you prove someone is your grandfather.

I booked on ANA an award ticket TLV-NYC for 2 adults,and they told me about my child under 2 years old I need to contact each airline I am flying with to book for him or just contact LX as they are the first flight on my trip.

I called LX they say I can't book him through them because I booked with ANA.

And ANA says they can't book an infant on a partner airline.

What am I supposed to do?

Anyone had this in the past?

I think he is not "saying" it right so LX, thinks he wants to do a reservation. Just say that you want to "add" and infant to your current reservation.

What do I do now with united?
United I HUACA 5 times,but they are all saying I have to speak to ANA to book him on the flight.

I just want to let you all know that by booking a ticket on ANA with a few * alliance airlines it will take hours to get things sorted out.
I needed to call each airline to book kosher food to book an infant on each one separate,and LX cancelled my seats that I reserved without letting me know,because they have special seats where infants may sit (I didn't book an exit)
I wasting hours and hours on all this...

I finally got ANA to book the infant.
I called ANA and told them "you are going to sort this out for me with united and please call me back once sorted out,good buy"

She called me back later and did it for me.
I am still not sure who is really supposed to book it ,so if someone ever had this done before let me know for the future.

HELP!!! Any work around with ana less than 4 days rule? Need to go EWR-LHR 7/8 and have the miles in account. is it possible to book latter and then change to earlier? please come up

I tried and it didn't work, no changes whatsoever to a ticket within 4 days of flight.
