FreedomPop started offering cell service. http://www.freedompop.com/phone

You have to buy the phone from them for 99$.

They do give 200 minutes and 500 texts with 500mb of data for free.

They are scammy, all voice calls seem to be routed via data.

Not happening, it's a CDMA phone, all Israeli carriers are GSM these days.
