I have some 15k VOILĄ points (topguest) and 0 stays. I was trying to transfer over 10k to SW to top off for companion pass.
9/2- I transfer the points. VHR points deducted, never showed up at SW.
9/11- VHR sent out an email announcing "partner update: southwest RR"
9/12- my VHR points are back in my account. Account activity shows no activity.
Current T&C require 1 stay for partner redemption. My account currently doesn't show transfer option.
I called complaining that I was being applied new rules retroactively. CSR remembered "the new rules coming down the tubes" and looked into it.
Reply: "The terms & conditions have always been as such. They recently changed how the message is displayed on the website." with a copy of the current terms.
Anyone have a copy (cached?) of the old terms?
Any ideas?
