Not the Redfern housing. That's govt owned and in NYC. Believe he's referring to the other housing that's in Inwood but also low rent/subsidized

I don’t know of any other affordable housing in inwood-guess I have to do some exploring

So where does nyc end an inwood begin if redfern is nyc? That’s a good question..

Redfern is literally on the border. Google actually shows it as straddling the border, but who knows.

I noticed that kohls in green acres is closing on 4/13. If anyone needs any kind of throwaway stuff especially for Purim this is great opportunity. Like any closeout the whole store is marked down in one way or another.

Terro liquid ant bait works wonders. Has them marching to it like it’s the Teiva. Takes a few weeks and swapping out the traps but it does the trick.

WARNING: Check your receipts at Seasons!!

They have always been sneaky by posting sale signs under similar non-sale items. They also are notorious for charging non-sale prices on sale items. But they have gotten worse. It happened to me three times THIS WEEK. When I noticed and pointed it out to them, instead of adjusting the prices, they offered excuses. I just returned the items. All three times. And I was very careful that I took the item listed on the signs,

Trick is to get ahead if it by putting bait traps all over early in season. Once you're infested it's much harder to get rid of
