I believe it's being used for storage now. No construction yet.

Allegedly when another store wanted to come to town when Brachs close, the local monopoly was not happy. Some heavyweight Rabbis were very concerned there would not be an affordable option for many people. GG promised their KolSave location would be Moishe's style pricing. That didn't last long though.

And it's not just being used for storage. It's hard to see inside what's going on, but when the doot is open, you will see work is in progress.

Long time DDFer here but I made a new account for obvious reasons, since I'm trying to get this off my hands and I've already posted it elsewhere where I am known.

It's 10 feet wide and 90 inches tall. It's one piece that I've taken apart and is now in many pieces, if you can take it you can have it. Unfortunately, it no longer fits in our decor.

I don't think anyone would tell you it's not kosher. I personally don't eat there.
as far as food goes, i remember it being very good fried chicken. from people who eat there now, was better when they first opened.

Only reason not to eat there is politics. But that also might be a reason to specificaly eat there. Depends which side you are on.

Food is good, not necessarily better than all the other good food places in 5 towns.

I would have agreed with you until they decided to sue the local Rabbanim in secular court. IMHO there are certain lines you don't cross.

You can read about the politics way upthread . It's kosher food. It's political. Make your own decisions, we discussed this way too much here already.
