Got it, thank you. Do you know how long they take to get it done?
When I used them a few years ago (when they were still in FR) I think it took 2 days.
But why don't you just go to the DMV yourself? If you make an appointment (on their website) when you check in (by scanning the emailed barcode on your cellphone), you are called up immediately.
I recently had to go to the DMV. I waited around for about an hour and still had a long time until my number. So I logged onto the DMV website and made an appointment for the next day. Then I saw that I could make an appointment for the same day, 20 minutes later. I immediately got an email confirmation. I go to the entrance, scan it, ticket prints out, and right away I hear my new number being called (even though I was about 20 minutes early but I guess it goes by when I check in, not when the official appointment is). Was really cool.
When you're done, don't forget to send me the $$ that you otherwise would have wasted with Frank's (or better yet, give it to a local yeshiva or other worthy tzedaka)
