I use lewis energy but I suggest price shop, negotiate  and make sure they waive the service contract fee.
Keep in mind there are 3 price structures,
Set price, cap price  and flex price.
I go with cap price as a hedge, if priced go up I dont pay more than the cap if the go down my price goes down too.

OSI is capped at 2.39 right now. they also want 179 for service contract. COD oil is cheaper but they don't offer any service.

+1 to the guy on Burnside. There are also guys on Cornega right across from DMV Autoworks (Dani the mechanic). Can't remember the name of the cross street right now.
