bank (bank united) plus the founder/consultant plus lots of vendors, filing shows the top creditors.

these creditors will be paid first upon sale of the company. Then the bankruptcy attorneys. Wondering which of these is their meat supplier (maybe they have been paid over recent months), most of these listed vendors look like they are shelf food, freezer food, and machinery/equipment.

I cant fathom bankruptcy attorneys getting paid 2nd. Seems like that would be a bad idea

no, these are unsecureds, presumably the money will go to the secured creditor and DIP financier SKNY, and the lawyers.

Don't know but keep in mind that there is some sort of extra tax if you have one
