I heard they got investors for some of the stores. I’m not sure if all of them are up and running because they sold them separately.

They actually had great prices on meat this week. Extra lean ground beef and stew meat for $4, corned beef for $5, boneless ribs for $7, etc... I fully stocked my freezer. If they keep thise prices up, seasons might become my new supermarket (unless it leads to a price war with GG and then we’ll see who has the better deals— but I am not sure that Seasons can survive a price war with GG). Anyway, glad to see them up and running again.

i would have to imagine they are selling south american meat though

I’m sure it’s not the greatest quality, but it’s the same as they used to sell before for almost double the price.

Yes. I found Bel Mar had best prices for cod and also that cod was cheaper than contracting unless perhaps you have older equipment and are expecting it to have problems. But most real fixes anyway aren't covered by the contract

That's a good point. Their service calls stink most of the time anyway. Another concern with cod is that you have to call each time you need oil

Is anyone placing an order for donut delivery from Bagels and Greens in Brooklyn? I’m looking to get a few but I think that their minimum order is around 60. I’m happy to share in the delivery fee obviously. Thanks.

i personally don't like "ungepachka'ed" donuts but if you do, mom's pastry has a bunch
