Seems like R' Amar had the most substance to speak (didn't preach about gzeiros, or about Arye Drei).

I'd hope that the report that R' Cohen will succeed Rav Ovadya's position in Moetzet is false. If it is true, Shas can kiss goodbye to a very large chunk of voters.
