which miles give the best returns/choices?

I am traveling on ElAl from NYC-TLV-HKG-TLV-NYC. (about 20K miles)
I would like to get miles for this trip = which airline should I claim these miles? I.e.  Which airline give the best return on miles?

great - so Do any of you know of a good hotel in Hong Kong - planning to go to the Canton Fair there in 2 days... need a decent hotel for less than a small fortune.
Also - does anyone have any good tips for my stay?  Thanks
