This is my first post.
For the past several months, I've been taking advantage of the concierge my US Airways World MasterCard provided, and I wanted to share some of my experiences and hopefully hear some others'.
First off, as opposed to the Visa Signature Concierge, you are directly connected without having to swim through a menu tree before you speak to someone.
I've primarily used them to look up phone numbers and get me public transportation directions, menus, and other basic research. They're very good and email the information within minutes.
Does anyone else take advantage of concierges?
